Instructions - how does it work and what does it cost?

1. you subscribe to a 6-month bodymapping membership subscription. This normally costs £99 but as a ProLongevity member, you get a 100% discount and pay £0 for the first 6 months*.

2. once you have subscribed you will receive an order confirmation email with further instructions so that you can then

3. book a FREE 20-minute onboarding call and sign up for the bodymapping health tracking portal  powered by Heads up Health

4. on this 20-minute onboarding call we can discuss in more detail how you will book your blood testing appointment at a network of UK blood testing clinics. Most clinics are within a 60-minute drive. Or you can arrange your own blood collection - we will send you a kit in the post

5. you will then be sent an invoice by email for your blood test

   £495 - bodymapping Core Markers including a 40-minute Video Consultation to review the results

   £265 - Cardiac Risk Profile.

   £155 - Total Thyroid Panel.

   More tests are available and can be discussed at the onboarding call.

6. when you have made the payment on the invoice, PayPal/card/bank transfer, we will send you an email with instructions as to how to arrange the blood collection at a clinic. We will post you a blood collection kit

7. you then have your blood collected at your chosen clinic, you will then post the blood sample, in the pre-paid packaging provided, to the lab (more detailed instructions will accompany the packaging on this process)

8. we get the results after 3-5 days and share them with you and ProLongevity via the online bodymapping health tracking portal, please note that results for some of the more specialist tests can take up to 3-4 weeks to return

9. you then book a FREE 40-minute video consultation to review & discuss the results.  

10. after the call we will share a brief summary of the consultation, a recommended supplement prescription and any relevant coaching notes with you. This will all be shared with you and ProLongevity via the bodymapping health and data tracking portal.

*Please note that after 6 months the bodymapping membership subscription will repeat at £99 unless you cancel it. If you forget to cancel but don't wish to continue, you can let us know within 28 days and we will refund you the £99.
